Our values
We do not use refined ingredients and only use natural sweeteners such as agave, coconut sugar and maple syrup. All of them have a lower glycemic index than white sugar which is the reason why, in moderation, our chocolates can be enjoyed by all.
With our fair trade cocoa butter and cocoa mass, we support a family-led business that works directly with small cocoa farm plantations and coops in Ecuador. We advocate for a fairer cocoa industry that does not undermine the raw material nor its cultivation and sustainability. The farmers and their communities are important and we want to make it visible.
Nuestros valores
No usamos ingredientes refinados y solo utilizamos endulzantes naturales como el agave, azúcar de coco y sirope de arce. Todos estos tienen un índice glicémico más bajo que el azúcar blanco por lo que, en moderación, nuestros chocolates pueden ser disfrutados por todos.
Con nuestra manteca de cacao y pasta de cacao apoyamos a un negocio familiar que trabaja directamente con plantaciones y cooperativas en Ecuador. Queremos defender una industria del cacao justa que no quebrante la materia prima ni su cultivación y sostenibilidad. Los granjeros y sus comunidades son importantes y queremos hacerlo visible.
